Hooorah!!

While running on a local neighborhood road, I was passed by 2 guys...one in running attire, the other with a red USMC t-shirt, green sweatpants, and combat boots. It was great inspiration and motivation to keep me going. Thanks to all those who serve in the military so I can enjoy many freedoms including this 10 mile long run.

Ran to School...

...my alma mater SLU that is. Dan and I set out to run from our neighborhood located near West Port Plaza in West County to mid-town St. Louis. The total 16 mile trip took us 2 hrs 31 minutes on a beautiful Saturday morning. Notes of interest along the way included Clayton's Farmers market and Forest park. Overall it was a great long run.
